A Massage Based
Physical Therapy Practice

About RehabMaine

Our approach to your health and wellness is focused on providing a custom treatment plan involving massage and other therapeutic interventions as necessary to meet your unique needs.  At RehabMaine, we implement the knowledge and skills from our physical therapy background into massage and other therapeutic interventions.

All of our massage services are accessible without the need for a formal physical therapy assessment; a brief intake form is required prior to your session for additional background information. Clients also have the option of undergoing a formal physical therapy evaluation and then integrating physical therapy treatment sessions that will provide custom education and instruction on stretching and strengthening programs for longer-term carryover and benefit of their massage/ therapy sessions.

We take the time to listen to your concerns, assess your condition, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax and unwind, we are here to help.
