Service Description
These sessions focus on the client's unique musculoskeletal condition, involving a combination of targeted stretching and strengthening, as well as manual techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or heat therapy to address specific goals. The therapist guides the client through the exercises, providing hands-on assistance when necessary, and monitors progress to optimize recovery and improve overall physical function. These sessions can only be booked following a complete Physical Therapy Evaluation.
